Medical Transcription Administration.

As a medical transcriptionist and Senior DTS account manager, my focus is on the quality of the document. With attention to detail and the ability to research effectively, my skills as a medical transcriptionist are continually expanding. I am fluent in Spanish and have experience with many different accents due to living and traveling in the Caribbean and Central America for many years.

I have a solid 5-year history of acute care with QA scores consistently at or above 98%. I am proficient in MS office applications and have a strong computer science background. Many of my current duties include trouble shooting, administrative functions, such as DTS America Senior Account Manager. I supervise other MTs with new account specifics and the utilization of new platforms.

I have experience with both IChart and Meditech systems and have completed the Speech Recognition Program. I have an extensive library of up-to-date research books in my private labrary.

I manage large groups of Medical transcriptionists and Hospitals with acknowledged efficiency.
